2021年01月27日，丰调调适应邀参加ULI（城市土地协会）线上分享会，主题为：“建筑能耗评测与室内空气质量”。

能源审计是国际、国内主流绿色建筑认证的必备条件，也是中国政府在节能减排方面的重点工作之一！应邀参加的四位嘉宾从不同角度切入，来自BEE Inc.的Mark Bawtree先生阐明了能源设计的定义、相关工作和好处；来自境纯环境的创始人及总裁郑荣益先生则侧重空气质量，通过案例分析分享了相关专业经验；而作为续翼零碳工作室主理人的沈奕竹女士，随后与三位嘉宾就一些来自观众的热点问题及由嘉宾分享衍生的新话题进行了交流与探讨。

丰调的此次分享从看懂能源审计报告入手，着重建筑机电系统的一些典型问题，深入浅出点出解决方案和路径：不但在于技术、也有管理上的提升！帮助建筑资产管理者了解如何有效执行能源审计，实现能源优化管理的关键一步。分享也结合了当前新科技：物联网和数字化平台，整合进能源审计后，完成从“诊断”“治疗”“保健”的闭环优化过程！

Energy audit is not only necessary for predominant green building certificates, but one of the focuses of Chinese government in terms of Energy Efficiency and Low Carbon policy.

The sharing starts from how to read or develop an effective energy audit report, and then focuses certain typical mechanical engineering problems and solutions. The solutions are not only technical, but management related. We look forward to helping building asset managers to understand how to run energy audit effectively, taking that as the first and key step to reduce energy cost. The sharing also mentions the new technologies, Internet of Things and Digital Platform, which can be integrated into energy audit to support a close loop, “Diagnosis, Treatment, and Health Care.”
